Raising aspirations through Mentoring.

THC, an East London College of Further Education tackles disadvantage head-on by running programmes that aim to raise the career aspirations of young people by encouraging committed professionals to become their Mentors.

Working closely with THC’s Mentoring, Workbased Learning & Employability units, a number of projects were designed to sensitively reflect cultural diversity, particularly through the use of specially-commissioned photography. The material designed over a period of five years, included direct mail, posters, forms, leaflets, an Annual Review and a Mentor Guide.
